VENDORS
If you have a product to sell or a service to offer, we'd love to have you join us! Booth space is rented on a first-come, first-serve basis for $20 each. We include all vendors on our website and Facebook page each week, and can link back to your website and/or social media pages. We encourage you to let your customers know on your website and social media that you’ll be at the Community Market to help build attendance. We also include your business on our sign at the entrance.
Operating hours are 9 am to 2 pm. Crafternoon sessions may sometimes extend later. You may come as early as 7 am to begin setting up your booth. Please have your booth cleared out by 5 pm, unless arrangements have been made in advance.
Limited tables are available; please inquire if you need one. Feel free to bring a shade canopy. You may bring your vehicle into the market area to unload and load but it must be parked in the lot during operating hours. Wifi is available if you wish to accept mobile payments; if you don't accept card payments we can do that for you. There is a complimentary water cooler for vendors. Concessions will also be available with additional beverages and food items to purchase. You may bring food or beverages from home for your personal use during the market. There is a public bathroom available in the building on site.
To reserve a booth, please download the form and return via email to jake@edensacres.org, or use the online form.
Products
Any farm products, cottage food items, handmade craft and DIY items, handmade soaps, candles, lotions or bath products, quality new products, plants, vegetable, flower and fruit starters...if your product is not listed, just ask. Our onsite building has a refrigerator/freezer so if you have meat or dairy products you can store them there during market hours. If you offer beef or pork products in bulk, you can use your booth to take orders for delivery or pick-up from your farm location.
Services
Service providers are also welcome. It's a great opportunity to meet your neighbors and let them know what you offer, such as plumbing, electrical, construction, handyman, accounting, housecleaning, pet sitting, babysitting, real estate, cooking, etc.
Kidpreneur
Our special Kidpreneur booth is available free for a child ages 5-12 (with parental supervision) to have an opportunity to learn about business skills by selling a homemade product. It could be lemonade, cookies, muffins...let us know what you have. Click here to request a Kidpreneur booth (first come-first serve).
Nonprofits
We also reserve one booth each week for a nonprofit to use to seek donations, sell products that benefit the charity, sign up for your fundraising events, or just let neighbors know what your group does. Click here to request a Nonprofit booth.
